Specialties:  In the belly of Wellington County, the Food School is a high school hospitality and tourism program run by Chef Instructors, Chris Jess and Nicole DeBeyer. Together with students, the program endeavors to develop innovative programming that highlights our diverse culinary world.  Referencing the work done by the Slow Food Movement, the program strives to develop menus and actions that highlight how we are living in a time when it has become vitally important that we learn/relearn how to grow gardens, preserve our food, and reacquaint with what real food is.  Together with our students we offer catering for events that directly support the community of Centre Wellington. We also cater food and farming events that support local and sustainable agriculture.
