Specialties:  We raise animals outdoors, on pasture, with the highest regard for their quality of life and their impact on the environment.  We also specialize in the production of high quality, nutrient dense storage vegetables for winter consumption, available through our Community Shared Agriculture program.  Many of our meats and vegetables are also used to create ready-made soups and other prepared foods, available to our CSA members.
