What To Expect

What? The event is an opportunity for local residents to sample the best local foods that the Minto and surrounding area has to offer. Local producers will be paired with local chefs to create tasty samplings from the local area. There will be 250 people in attendance so chefs and food producers must create a dish that can be distributed in sample sized portions for that
number.

Purpose? To educate on the importance of local foods, promote the products and services of our vendors and sample the high quality of product being created in and around Minto.
